While doing some quests in Dragonwake I killed boars near the Elven chapter 17 camp. The ones called "chargers" drop an item for a boar bestiary tome unlock. The unlock itself grants a lvl 35 green set item jewelry. The set consists of 2 items and grants a wounds buff thingy.
